Weekend

Not much went on this weekend, it was rather calm and relaxing. Friday night me and R stayed home (kid free!), watched movies had dinner and were in bed by 8:30. Woke up Saturday morning and was at the grocery store by 7:30...not a lot is going on at Albertsons or Wal-Mart that early, so we were able to shop in peace and get in and out and not worry about a crowd. Then it was off to the house to put up all the groceries, get laundry done, clean the house and FINALLY take a nap. R went to get A from his papa's and when they got back to the house we went to the halloween store to look around. After the halloween store we stopped off at my favorite seafood restaraunt....Red Lobster, oh my gosh, I love that place!
We enjoyed a great dinner and then headed home to watch movies.
Sunday we all slept in, well til about 10. got up made breakfast, drank some coffee and then back to the living room to lay down and watch more movies. I love a relaxing weekend!!!!!!!!!

Weather

I am so loving the weather today. It makes me just want to be at home in a blanket reading a wonderful book next to the fireplace with a cup of hot chocolate....extra marshmellows, please!

CONGRATS

I would like to say CONGRATS to Brandon and Leann. They just found out they will be blessed with a baby boy, Brody! I just love love love that name.

Holidays are getting closer

I am having a bit of a rough time here as it is getting closer to Christmas and thinking I will not have my girls this year, as it is an even year and they spend all even year holidays with their dad. WOW, that is going to take some getting use to!
I honestly never knew having a split family would be so hard on both children and parents, but then again if the parents were atleast on speaking terms it would be alot easier, I am almost sure of that.

TGIF

TGIF! need I say more?

Sunday, August 31, 2008

I love my girls, but would love a vacation!!!!!

There is not alot that is going on in my world today, with the exception of ALWAYS having to be on my toes with Carlie and Carsyn. Carlie is at the age to where she knows more than mom and likes to argue, I really think that girl needs to be a lawyer because she will not give up and is NEEEEVER wrong. Carsyn, on the other hand is 2 need I say more? I would not trade any of it though, just would love a small vacation with some cabana boys bringing me those lil drinks with the umbrellas in them, LOL!!!!!
It has rained here off and on all day so the girls are a lil stir crazy from being in the house most of the day.
Did I mention my 3rd child? If not he is a 3 month old dapple weenie dog and oh my, he is a hand full.......What was I thinkin? He loves to take off with shoes and his favorite thing is Carsyn's toys and when that happens the RACE is on.

Hmmmm!

Ok, let me start out by saying......HEEEELLLLLPPPPP!!!!!

I want to add more pictures to my page, Can you help me? LOL

I did get the part down to make my page all cute but that is where I stopped. Well, I just figured out how to add pics to my blogs, but I want to add more to my main page. I still need HELP.

So, the house is all quite my youngest, Carsyn decided to give it up about 9:15, which is good for her since she is like the energizer bunny and will keep going and going and going. My oldest, Carlie really shocked me when she looked over and said "mom, I think I am going to bed now, I am so tired" I looked at the clock and it was 9:30. I am not really sure how to handle the house quite, well not real quite I am watching the Ranger game so that is going on in the background. GO RANGERS!!!!!

Well, the first week of school is over and I am worn out. I have to wake up an hour early to get the kids ready to go to school and to maw maw and paw paw's. I can not tell you how excited Carlie is to be going to my old elementary. She cracks me up all week when I see her she always asks me if so and so was a teacher when I was there or was the classes still the same? I do have to admit walking her to class the first day of school brought back tons of memories. My most memorable one was when Marcy and I got into trouble for swinging on the bathroom doors, LOL! (and, no I have not told that story to Carlie, yet. Maybe by the time she marries I will).

HELP!!!!

Why are my blogs in crazy order?

Some of my Favorites

Girls

Not a lot has been going on in my world this past week, Well, accept Carlie coming home everyday from school talking about the boy she likes or the ones on the play ground chasing her...Oh dear, LOL.
Carsyn on the other hand is still just a very energetic 2 year old, she makes me laugh out loud so much. Potty training is fixing to start and i am some what dreading that.
